Where is Silk Skin Medical Spa located?
5234 McGinnis Ferry Road, Alpharetta, GA 30005. We’re in Alpharetta, close to Johns Creek, Milton, Cumming and Suwanee.
When do you open?

What are your hours?
Every day: 10 a.m.–8 p.m., starting October 15, 2026.
Can I book now?

What happens after I join the waitlist?
We’ll email you opening news and let you know when you can book. Joining doesn’t commit you to anything or hold a specific appointment.
What is a consultation and skin assessment?
It’s your first visit. We go over your skin history and skin tone, talk about what you’d like to change, and build a plan for your skin. Every treatment plan starts here.
Do I need a consultation before every treatment?
Not always. Once we’re open, some treatments can be booked directly and others need a consultation first. Each treatment page says which. If you’re not sure, start with a consultation.
Will you publish your prices?
Yes. Real prices go on our pricing page at opening, not estimates or “starting at” figures.
Who does the treatments?
The practice is owned by Xiuhua Liu, Licensed Esthetician and Assistant Laser Practitioner. Each treatment is done by someone licensed in Georgia for that work, and anyone we name is listed with their license.
Do you have more than one laser?
Yes. We have several laser and light options, so we can choose the one that fits your skin and your goal instead of fitting you to one machine.
How do you decide which treatment is right for me?
We start with your skin tone and history. That decides which treatment and settings fit your skin, not a menu. If something else will serve your skin better, we’ll tell you.
Do you treat every skin tone the same way?
No. Laser and light treatments affect lighter and darker skin differently, and some options that suit lighter skin aren’t right for brown or deeper skin. We check your skin tone first and plan around it.
Do you take walk-ins?
We’re still setting up scheduling. Appointments are the main way to be seen. Join the waitlist to hear as soon as details are confirmed.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A list of the skincare products and medications you use, and a sense of what you’d like to change. We cover health questions in person, never through a website form.
Where do I park?
We’re at 5234 McGinnis Ferry Road in Alpharetta. We’ll share parking and arrival details before opening. Join the waitlist to get them.
How do I join the waitlist?
Use the waitlist form. It asks for your email, and your name and phone number if you’d like to share them. Please don’t include health information.
