Privacy policy

This website is Silk Skin Medical Spa, LLC's marketing and waitlist site. It is built to collect as little information as possible, and specifically to never collect health information. The waitlist form asks for your name, email address, and an optional phone number. The contact form also has a general message field. Each form explains how we will use your details and asks you to confirm that purpose.

These forms are for opening updates and general inquiries. They do not ask for treatment interest, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, pregnancy status, photographs, or skin history. Please do not put health information in the message field or an email. Clinical questions belong in the practice's approved clinical communication process.

We use the information you submit to respond to your message, to add you to the waitlist if you've asked to join it, and to contact you about the practice's opening and appointment availability. We don't use it for any other purpose.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use tracking that ties your website activity to your identity.

When online forms are enabled, Resend sends the details you submit to the practice's Google-hosted email inbox at info@silkskinmedicalspa.com. These service providers process the details needed to deliver and store that message. We do not send your browsing history or the treatment page you visited with the form.

A contact inquiry does not add you to the opening waitlist. You can ask to leave the waitlist or request deletion of your inquiry by emailing the practice.

Once you become a patient, your clinical intake, medical history, consent forms, and treatment records are collected and stored in the practice's dedicated clinical and practice-management systems — not on this website. Those systems are governed by HIPAA and covered by business associate agreements where required. This marketing site is deliberately kept outside that system: it is not where your health information is collected, and it is not where it is stored.

We may use website analytics to understand general traffic patterns — which pages are visited, and roughly how many people visit them. Our analytics are configured to avoid collecting personal identifiers, and we do not build advertising profiles from this site's traffic.
